The Rooftop at Pelham House Resort offers takeout which you can order by calling the restaurant at (508) 398-6076. . I do understand that Covid has decimated the staff service all around. I wanted the rooftop but accidentally reserved the lower level via open table (be mindful of this when making a res) and they happily accommodated us. Overall, for the price we paid, I feel this restaurant is overrated and not worth a repeat visit.
